Return & Refund Policy
At Tapestry By Ivan, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our products.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
* The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as when you received it
* The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and protective materials
* You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
* The return request must be submitted before the 30-day window expires
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at almitarioss12@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[your order number]"
2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return
3. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions and the return address
4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If rejected because the item does not meet eligibility conditions, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at almitarioss12@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
* Your order number
* A clear description of the issue
* Photos or video showing the damage or defect
We will offer either a full replacement or a full refund, free of charge. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
* Items returned after the 30-day window
* Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage
* Items returned without prior authorization
* Items missing original packaging or accessories
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at almitarioss12@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched. If already shipped, follow the standard return process once it arrives.
