At Tapestry By Ivan, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We ship worldwide so no matter where you are, you can enjoy your handcrafted medieval fantasy wall banner. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

2. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins crafting it immediately. Since every banner is handmade to order, please allow 1–3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tapestry By Ivan is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

* United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
* Europe: 7–14 business days
* Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
* Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be automatically applied at checkout when available.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tapestry By Ivan ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Tapestry By Ivan is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:

* Checking with neighbors or building reception
* Contacting your local post office or courier
* Waiting 2–3 additional business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely

8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at almitarioss12@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

9. Delays
Tapestry By Ivan cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by:

* Customs inspections or holds
* National holidays in the origin or destination country
* Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events
* High volume periods such as Black Friday or Christmas
